What i got from reading Atomic Habits



 • Make it easy.

• The most effective form of learning is practice, not planning.

• Focus on taking actions not being in motion.

• Repetition is what makes a habit automatic.

• Don't say "i'm nervous", say " i am excited and i'm getting an adrenaline rush to help me concentrate".

• Three deep breaths and smile.☺

• Remove the points of friction that hold us back.

• Make bad habits difficult and good ones easier.

• Prepare the night before if u wanna be more productive in something in the morning

• Make it easy to start and the rest will follow

• The best way is to always stop when you are going good

• The most effective form of motivation is progress and it's the most satisfying feelings.

• Track your habit because it provides clear evidence of your progress

• Don't break the chain, try to keep your habit streak alive.

• Never miss twice, if you miss one day, try to get back on track as quickly as possible.

• The key is to direct your effort toward areas that both excite you and match your natural skills, to align your ambition with your ability.

• Pick the right habit and progress is easy. Pick the wrong habit and life is a struggle.

• They stay energized because they are making progress where others have failed.

• What feels like fun to me, but work to others ?

• The work that hurts you less than it hurts others is the work you were made to do.

• We all deal with setbacks : what about luck, you might ask ? Luck matters, certainly. Habits are not the only thing that influence your success, but they are probably the most important factor that is within your control. And the only self improvement strategy that makes any sense is to focus on what you can control.

• @mmay3r twitter, the foundation of productivity is habits. The more you do automatically, the more you're subsequenlty freed to do. This effects compounds.

• Each book you read not only teaches this idea that learning new ideas increases the value of your old ideas. This is why knowledge compounds. Old stuff that was a 4/10 in value can become a 10/10, unlocked by another book in the future.
